Account Closure or Suspension
999xo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice, particularly where fraud, breach of Terms, or irregular activity is suspected.

Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 999xo platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
Minimum Amounts
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
No transactions below these limits will be processed. 999xo may change these limits at any time with prior notice.
Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, identity verification or banking network issues may cause slight delays. All wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be made.
Payment Method Verification
You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
999xo offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x).
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.
Wagering Requirements
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period — any expired bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses within a single promotional offer cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- If 999xo determines that the bonus system is being abused, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.

VIP Program
The 999xo VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Regular and active participation is required to progress to higher tiers. 999xo reserves the right to change VIP benefits and the tier classification system.
Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on 999xo are considered final and cannot be changed, unless 999xo identifies a technical error or system issue. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
In sports betting, event outcomes will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules. In the case of disputed results, the decision of 999xo will be considered final.
Casino Game Rules
For casino games, slots, live dealer games, and fishing games, the individual rules of each game apply. In general, once a round has started and a bet has been placed, the outcome of that round cannot be changed.
Technical Errors
If a software bug or technical issue affects the outcome of a game, 999xo reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. No winnings claims will be accepted in such circumstances.
Suspicious Activity
Collusion, bet-fixing, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or any form of fraudulent activity is prohibited. If 999xo detects such activity, it reserves the right to immediately close all associated accounts and forfeit any funds.

User Responsibility

Termination of Agreement
You may request to close your account at any time. All pending bets must be settled and any applicable wagering conditions must be met before the account is closed. Even after account closure, certain provisions of these terms and conditions — particularly those relating to liability and intellectual property — will remain in effect.
