999xo's commitment to responsible gaming
For us, entertainment is always about enjoyment — within limits. 999xo gives you all the tools to play in a safe, fair, and controlled way.
What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Online betting and casino games are a great form of entertainment — when enjoyed mindfully.
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a controlled form of entertainment, not a source of financial or mental stress. 999xo believes every player should have full control over their time and money. With that goal in mind, we have developed a range of effective tools and policies to help you stay aware at all times.
Remember while playing — winning is not guaranteed, but entertainment always is. Before placing a bet, ask yourself: is this for fun, or am I hoping to solve a financial problem? If the answer is the second one, pause and seek support.
999xo's safety tools
We offer these features to keep your gaming experience safe.
Deposit limit setting
Decide in advance how much you will deposit per day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately — if you request an increase, it takes effect after 24 hours.
Session time limits and breaks
Set a daily or weekly session time limit. When the time is up, the platform will automatically prompt you to take a break.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a break, close your account completely for a set period — from 7 days up to permanently. While self-exclusion is active, no new account can be opened.
Loss limit
Once you have lost a set amount you will no longer be able to place bets — you can choose this limit yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Account verification
The age and identity of every account is verified. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and suspicious activity is monitored automatically.

Recognising the warning signs of a problem
When gaming goes beyond entertainment and becomes a problem, certain signs become clear. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself, seek support without delay.
- Feeling a strong urge to bet again to recover lost money ("chasing losses")
- Betting beyond your set budget and doing the same thing repeatedly
- Withdrawing from family, friends, or work to focus on gaming
- Lying to or hiding your gaming from the people close to you
- Using gaming funds to cover everyday expenses or essential bills
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you cannot play
- Wanting to stop playing but being unable to stop yourself
Keep in mind
Gaming is never a source of income. Before placing a bet, decide how much you are willing to lose before stopping. When you reach that limit, stop — do not keep going thinking things will "turn around".
Some healthy habits for yourself
- Set a fixed budget and time limit before you start playing
- Never bet when you are drinking or in an emotional state
- Take regular breaks — spend time on other hobbies and social activities
- Give yourself a break from gaming apps before going to sleep
- Talk openly with the people close to you about your gaming habits
- Keep entertainment as your main goal, not winning
How limits and self-exclusion work
These tools are easy to use on the 999xo platform and take effect immediately.
Deposit limit
On 999xo you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. For example, if you decide the maximum you will deposit in a week is ৳2,000, no further deposits will be accepted once that amount is reached. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately. A request to increase the limit takes effect after 24 hours — that time gives you a chance to reconsider.
Time-Out
If you need a short break, you can take a "time-out" from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time your account will be completely inactive — no logging in or betting is possible. Once the period ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a longer break, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. While self-exclusion is active, there is no option to open a new account and promotional emails are stopped.
Reality check
Set reality check notifications to remind you how long you have been playing. Every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or at any interval you choose, a brief summary will appear on screen — showing how long you have played and your total wins and losses.
For players aged 21 and over only
Protection of Minors
999xo strictly ensures that only people aged 21 or over may participate on the platform. Identity is verified at registration and any suspicious account is subject to investigation.
With family safety in mind, we advise parents to use parental control software on computers and mobile devices. Please be vigilant yourself to ensure younger members of your household cannot access this platform.
- Use passwords and screen locks on your children's devices
- Do not share your 999xo login details with anyone
- If you suspect an underage user, notify us immediately
